高校 オールセインツ交換留学 現地報告②

今日はオールセインツ初日でした。私たちはレベルについて心配していましたが、みんなインターナショナルハウスの1番上のレベルであるレベル3に入れました。私たちのクラスには日本人も何人かいて、授業を通して仲良くなっていきました。今日は前からいる生徒たちに学校を案内してもらい、本コースにある日本語クラスに2回参加しました。英語で日本語を勉強するという経験ができて嬉しかったです。オールセインツの先生方は全員優しくて、生徒まで人がいいです。また、放課後は友人が日本に戻ってすぐにバトンの大会だそうで、体育館でバトンの練習をしているのを見に行きました。とても上手でした。まだまだオーストラリア英語は慣れませんが、最善を尽くします。

Today was our first day in All Saints!We were nervous about our levels,but we joined Level 3,the highest level in international house.There were some Japanese students in our class,and we became friends with them through the classes.Also,we were showed around the school by students,and we joined the Japanese class in the mainstream twice.I was glad to experience learning Japanese in English. After school,a friend of mine told me that she has a competition of baton twirling soon after coming back in Japan,so I watched her practicing in the Gym.She was really good.I’m not used to listening to Australian English,but I will do my best.
